Love this ap. Never left an ap review before but had to for this. Clear visual instructions to ensure you are doing the exercises right. I do ten mins, a min each different exercise and already noticing a difference in my arms. Who can't fit 5 or 10 mins into their day. Well done!
Does exactly what it says on the tin
Fabulous app! The only thing missing? When you put together your custom workout it doesn't state whether each workout is for biceps, triceps, chest or shoulders. This is only a small thing but would have got a five from me if it was available.

This is a brilliant app and really works! You never get bored as you can create your own sequences so when you need a change just create a new sequence!

I have been using this app for about a year now. I love that is updates every so often with new exercises. Its very simple and effective. I would recommend getting some good varied hand weights to compliment the work out. I have had very good results with this use. It is also really handy being able to choose the different work out times and having a "mix it up" option so you don't get into a habit of doing the same stuff. Well worth getting!!
THE best arm workout app ladies!
This is a brilliant app. Just what I was looking for! Got a bit tired of finding ones aimed at men. This one has 30 different arm exercises, with and without weights. They have 3 set workouts featuring 10 exercises to do over your choice of three timescales.
I upgraded to the paid app as you can choose your favourites and create a total of three custom sets and depending on how much time you have, do the whole set over 5, 8 or 10 minutes. Just perfect and if you don't have weights, grab a couple of cans or bottles! No excuse! My arms are a warm glow after my custom set! I use 2kg and 4kg weights depending on the exercise as some are a little hard to lift a 4kg weight above my head for 30 seconds, but that's just me. Give me a few weeks! Shapely arms and a strappy dress by Christmas at this rate.

Great app - it works!
Got this app after using the abs one. This uses the same principle - a workout in just 5 minutes. Because this needs so little time, it's super easy to fit into the day - and yet it's still effective (well, it is for me...I'm starting back into exercise after a long break, so I'm basically totally out of shape). I started with the free version, but have now upgrade to the paid app (no ads + it's well worth 69p!). My advice - get it!
