App locks up.
The app often freezes.
Picture display
The picture display in this app appears to be faulty. For instance, when opening articles to read under the Royal section I have noted that the photos in the news article do not display. All you see are large blank sections.
Censorship
Censorship has now become so extreme that just using the word Awkward or ignorant or stupid means your comment won’t be allowed. The same comment with only the word awkward replaced by difficult WAS allowed
Appalling app
I am so disappointed and frustrated with this app. News feed will not refresh with numerous messages of regret that the app cannot refresh ‘at this time. Please try again’. Well it just doesnt work. I have done all the recommended solutions and none work. What have the designers done to this app which used to work well? Get your act together Daily Express online.
Good BUT…
…it keeps logging me out so I can’t make comments or vote on other people’s comments. I repeatedly have to go through the tedious process of logging back in!! It’s just happened yet again today. So tedious that I don’t think I’ll bother with it anymore.

Your constant drivel about the Royals is a massive turn off. Why do Harry n Megan get to the top of the feed constantly? 99% of your readers couldn’t give a toss about them and rather read real news. Guess the editors in the take from there RE team 🤷🏼♂️
