I have been using the app for years. I have paid my annual subscription fee, but it’s not registering on the app. So I bought the lifetime option, and it’s still saying I haven’t paid. I have tried contacting the developers multiple times but they never reply, even though they’ve taken my money.
Love this App. Had great fun deciding what video to record each day. It’s lovely to look back over a whole year’s worth of snaps & see what was going on in my life! When I had an issue with my subscription I found customer service extremely responsive & helpful.
I love this app - I’m using it to document my little one’s growth! However I’ve had to deduct 1 star as you’re unable to transfer snaps from one album to another - I’ve added ones to the wrong album and I was unable to move them which is a real shame. Also I’ve encountered lots of glitching and freezing recently, so one less star

Hey! Love the app and love the easy way it is to use! Just need more reminders as sometimes I'm a busy bee and don't remember to do it everyday! Is there a way i can add more reminders in the app? If so would love to know! Thanks, Zac

....why is there a watermark??? For almost £30 a year for a video, can I maybe get it without Dailysnap spolged on a quarter of the video? Not cool 😂
Seems like any app you use these days is after your money after lulling you in on the pretence there’s a free option. A 3 day free trial is not a free option for the app, and paying 30 a year for “add free” doesn’t seem too worth it. It does seem an amazing app and I’m sure many would love to use it, but I’d rather live with the adverts than pay money, and I think that should be an option.
Oh no!! I didn’t realise I would be charged £28!!! I really can’t afford that with an 8 month old baby!!! Please can I get a refund? Please I didn’t realise x
