Бесит: при экспорте в угол картинки помещается огромный логотип приложения, который в некоторых случаях закрывает ценные детали кадра. Сделайте поменьше лого, а еще лучше возможность отключить отображение логотипа при выгрузке - не все ролики попадают дальше в соц сети, и их смотрят другие люди, ваши потенциальные пользователи, некоторые ролики я снимаю чисто для себя и семьи, и логотип портит все
If only it worked always
We’ve been using it for years (since 2017)! Posted every month on Instagram and loved the result, especially when the baby was born. Last 2 years it doesn’t work twice in every 6 month as if it is not paid but it is! So we lose great moments to make for a month and no answer from customer support. I’m searching for a substitute. Daily snap team, what has happen to u?

Оплатил, не дает снимать снэпы. На письма не отвечают, уже 2 месяца пустота и молчание!!! Не платите им!
не работает переодически
у меня про версия навсегда, с 4 августа функционал приложения был абсолютно заблокирован, вплоть до выгрузки видео, которые я снимала последние пол года! написала на все их почты и никто не отвечает. 31 августа заработал функционал, спасибо тому, кто к этому причастен)
Оплата приложения
Оплатил продление приложения, а оно не работает. Техподдержка не отвечает. user ID: 72965 Писал не несколько адресов.
Ошибка в программе
Не работает подписка. Купил на год, однако программа всеравно просит купить подписку и не дает делать какие либо действия кроме просмотра старых видео.

Добрый день! Подскажите, пожалуйста, куда обратиться. Я оплатила годовую подписку 24 июня 2022, но функция добавления новых snap до сих пор заблокирована, приложение предлагает купить подписку. Но подписка уже куплена! Я не могу скачать свой альбом, у меня больше 1500 снэпов, и я не могу это скачать!!! Пожалуйста, хотя бы разблокируйте скачивание своей истории на оплаченной подписке!!!
Оформил подписку не работает.
Оформил годовую подписку, приложение не позволяет снимать, предлагает снова оформить подписку.
