How to Check Your Pulse:
- First, hold your phone and keep it still.
- Stay calm and take a breath when taking your heart rate.
- To measure an accurate heart rate, put your index finger's tip on the phone's back camera lightly.

- We provide the week, month, and year subscription.
- You can subscribe for unlimited access to all app’s features.
- Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase.

This is the best way to get rid off the stress and anxiety. No need of going to work.

Not worth at this price
App is not at all good due to following reasons. 1. Except blood pressure (BP) you can find all other features (Heart rate, blood oxygen, body temperature etc.) in a smart watch. 2. At almost 1500 INR/ month one can find a good BP monitoring device. 3. App is slow, limited to iPhone users and expensive.
