Been using this app daily for as long as I’ve had an iPhone, had to turn off the cloud sync feature due to it causing issues after a certain point. Updated to the latest version today to find my entire database wiped, will be looking for alternatives.
Have been using this app for a long time and it works great but was just prompted to do an update. The update has wiped all my entries :(

This app has been a big help through my first year in uni. It helps me keep track of my money, it’s super easy to put in your incoming money and then see how much you spend and for what. It’s great for me!
This is one of the cleanest and easiest apps of its kind. The only thing letting it down is not being able to create custom categories. You can easily view your spending habits with charts, daily/weekly/monthly/annual breakdowns. It's incredibly intuitive and lets you budget much better.
the app became glitchy and slow after the latest update
There are so many expense apps available and all the best ones allow you to edit the categories, this one doesn't. Therefore 90% of my expenses can not be entered as I'd like them to be. So this app is unfortunately unusable. It's a shame as they did so much right and all I can assume is the developers are trying to force people to pay the monthly premium. That's a great idea until you try other apps without a monthly premium that offer more functionality. Interestingly one of the forced categories is the Apple Store already to enter your monthly subscription!
I really like this app. It has a really beautiful user interface and is quite simple to use. What sadly lets it down, however, is the lack of functionality in many areas compared to other money managing apps. I hope we can see some of the changes below in future versions. Suggestions for improvement: - option to add and edit categories!!! - memory for frequently used items with their prices (e.g. so you don't have to type out 'oyster top-up' £20 in full every time) - be able to change background to an image from camera roll - be able to see summary pie charts by clicking a button rather than turning your phone landscape (this is annoying if you have your phone on portrait orientation lock) - ability to show budgeted limits for a category or time period
Daily Cost has made recording expenses a better daily activity :> Just have problem syncing my past expenses, needs to improve in that.
Took some discovery to find certain gestures (delete, previous dates, rename...) but once i had, wow! Amazing little app, quick to load, fill in, and track your expenses. Would strongly recommend it! Using it for more than a year now and it truly is the only app i willingly log things into every single day without fail.
