In real time video it very hard to use PTZ camera the pan-tilt is large movement. When zoom camera to monitor in small area it very to control and can not to observe the interesting area.

i think u should do un screen lock while i watch a full screen mode. example i have to touch the screen every 50 sec for active the phone (if not it comes to lock screen)

I use this app and like it but the app can not show 8ch or 16 ch in same time same page. please advise how can do? Thanks

Very basic app and hard to get support or corrections. I reset my password after inputting a second verification code and then the app asks for a 3rd code to log in which is never received after several attempts.

Will not detect my cameras anymore. Worthless waste of money.

Camera used to work and now won’t connect to WiFi and doesn’t work. Lame. This app is horrible.

Will be replacing all cams. New phone won’t connect, some cams just show a black screen occasionally, nothing records for playback. Waste of money.

Application does not work at all on iPhone/iPad. Waist of money and time.

This app is garbage Half of the time it won’t connect to the dvr other times it does. It works when it wants to!

I just paid this app, I’m unable to see any recordings. There’s no where you can request for support.
