Your latest update has made things worse. Two of my 4 cameras have nothing recorded and says “no record data”. Another one no longer has motion detection and seems to record every minute of the day. On my iPad the big landscape view used to be possible but now cannot have the large landscape view. Can you pls look into resolving them?

With the latest update! It is worst and cause the app can’t work properly! When is portrait is working as usual. When turning it to landscape it can’t work properly and the screen run away and upon log out is black. Is totally disappointed! Why can’t you all make sure before role out a updated and will resolve the issue! Why instead making the app worst!!!

Very basic app and hard to get support or corrections. I reset my password after inputting a second verification code and then the app asks for a 3rd code to log in which is never received after several attempts.

Will not detect my cameras anymore. Worthless waste of money.

Camera used to work and now won’t connect to WiFi and doesn’t work. Lame. This app is horrible.

Will be replacing all cams. New phone won’t connect, some cams just show a black screen occasionally, nothing records for playback. Waste of money.

Application does not work at all on iPhone/iPad. Waist of money and time.

This app is garbage Half of the time it won’t connect to the dvr other times it does. It works when it wants to!

I just paid this app, I’m unable to see any recordings. There’s no where you can request for support.

Unless you are home and connected to the same WiFi you cannot see anything anymore since program and system is outdated and will not handle current updates
