Pump button is disabled and not working when bucket is full. I have to go to my basement and press the pump button on dehumidifier. I did not get notifications when bucket is full.

Very disappointed that you cannot set up notifications like when dehumidifier is full or humidity level is high.

Used to be able to connect my portable ac unit. Now it’s nothing but ‘Configuration Fail’. This app is just a ripoff of the Midea app.

part of the app displays with Cyrillic. First confirmation email from an unknown domain failed and was completely written in Cyrillic, no English, no French. Set up was fast less than 5 min including account creation. I wanted to turn off the dehumidifier without getting out of bed and this app did its thing!

Working great for me. Can check humidity level in the room, change set point, adjust fan speed, turn on /off, and pump tank to drain( when hose attached and not using continuous drainage) from anywhere.
