Bad customer support
Subscriptions are handled outside the app so you can't see them in your App Store account, which is why mine got renewed without me realizing it would. It was higher than my first month too, which is why I nearly blanched. I never used the subscription and I contacted them immediately, asking to please revert this mistake, but I was refused a refund. After insisting that I didn't use this service and I don't want it, I was promised a 30% partial refund, but it never came. This is not the way to win clients. I hope my one month subscription money is worth the awful taste left in my mouth. I won't be recommending this app anytime soon.
Don’t download the app, is a fraud
Even if i saw many negative feedback regarding the renewal of the subscription I downloaded because i was thinking how hard has to be to cancel. And to be honest is pretty hard. they will find a way to take your money for the most expensive subscription without an warning. I tried to cancel in the last day and i was thinking that i succeeded but I was wrong, the next day they took my money. You can not cancel from the app and also not from the website. I send them email but no answer even if is already more than 24h. So don’t bother to try this app, the videos that they provide you can find as well on youtube.

Big scam and fraud!
I don’t recommend it! I chose 1 month subscription and then it charged me for the biggest one as renewal without permition!
Fraud! 69.99$ each 2 months charged even though subscription is cancelled
Don’t install this app, it’s a total fraud. I have canceled the subscription but already for next 2 months I was again charged. Guys, make sure you revert the transaction and give my money back, otherwise will start a dispute and will get the same result!
Not fair at all
I purchased a weekly intro offer, to test if the app is suitable for me and after a week I was automaticaly charged for a monthly subscription. I asked for a refund, I don’t want to buy the app, I didn’t used it and I was informed by the support team that this is not possible. The montly plan for the app is 19.99 $ and I was charged with 27.99 $ + 7 $ weekly plan. I feel I was stolen, I don’t trust this company.
