Can you please modify and update this app to find exactly what we are searching .. eg: if you to find sidhalepa products see what all items coming up .. it just showing all unwanted items not any sidhalepa stuf even if you search the barm you will get stuff which is not required at all … Please get your IT team to update this for customers support

Really good service

Good app with good service, they care for Their customers and reply on time, I like how they let us track our orders. They just don’t deliver to my doorstep idk why

Daraz is terrible

Daraz is supposed to be a good platform for ordering goods online in Sri Lanka, but it's the most terrible thing I have ever experienced. Every time I order from Daraz, I encounter so many problems with delivery. It's shameful.

Very late delivery

I order one item from daraz but still its 17 day i did not received item its says item delivered within 3 to 4 days but still now i did not receive I don’t know what’s issue i contacted with customer service they asked me its delay due to some issue we get item as soon as possible but its 17 days passed our order status is processing

Unreliable

Ordered more than 10 times same product from different vendors, but never got

Search engine

One of the worst search engines you will ever see , like come on even if the thing is available it won’t show it’s such a big company and the search engine is so terrible I can’t believe it .can’t you just hire someone and fix it it’s dropping you’re sales as well so it’s you’re concern too .

How a mystery box can come without any items? Daraz will give this type service. Please don’t activate this account and don’t install
