Scammers

Second time to book an appointment and they dont show up, customer service is so slow specially Nesma.

Complain

Totally unprofessional. I booked an appointment paid online but no one appears more than once and when a asked for a refund once they told me we can’t and the other time it took them 3 weeks to get my money back

كانت اول مره اتعامل معاه ومنصحش حد يتعامل معاه جايب ناس مش اهل ثقه خالص اللي جايا تنضف عنيها علي كل حاجه في البيت ومش بتاعت شغل خالص وبتتكلم اكتر ما بتشتغل وسايبه ومخبيه الزباله في كل جنب بجد كانت أسوأ تجربه حتي النجمه كتير عليه

خدمة غاية في السوء

أشخاص مستهترين وعمالة باجر قليل طلبت خدمة تنظيف، كلمني اكتر من شخص في الاخر كلمتني سيده تطالبني بالمحاسبة علي مواصلاتها وطريقة كلام غاية في السوقية ندمانة اني ظنيت انه برنامج محترم وناس كويسة لا انصح به ابداً

كان لديكم في عام ٢٠٢١ عاملات في منتها النظافه و الدقه و السرعة اتزكر كان لي طلب عامله لمده شهر في اخر العام الماضي قبل بداية السنه في منتها النظام لماذا قل مستوي العاملات هذا العام بالنسبه للتنظيف ارجو الاهتمام وشكراً

عامله في منتهي قلة الادب والذوق و رفضت استكمال عملها واسلوب غير لائق بالمره وكان اول واخر تعامل
