Lost my clothes

They lost portion of my clothes and have done nothing about it - in spite of multiple complaints, no customer service agent has been capable of reaching out to me and at least pay me back the service

Just taking the money without give the services

They called me in the early morning when I didn't answer they take money without give me the services

لا انصح بالتعامل معهم ، للمره الثالثه او الرابعه يتم الغاء طلبي بدون تبليغ منهم ،

أسوأ تطبيق عاملات منزلية

لم أرغب حتى بوضع نجمة لهذا التطبيق قمة في عدم العملية والجدية في تقديم الخدمات لم يقوموا بإرسال العاملة ٣ مرات مع العلم يوجد حجز ولا يقوموا بإخطاركم بعدم توفرها والسخرية مطلوب منكم كعميل اخطارهم ب٤٨ ساعة قاموا بسحب المبلغ كاملا من حسابي ولم يرسلوا العاملة وعند التواصل معهم طلبت جدولة ولم تأتي مرة أخرى وبدون اي إخطار منهم اتمنى من المسؤولين إتخاذ تجاههم خطوات جادة خاصة اذا قاموا بسحب المبالغ من العملاء طلبي الاخير كان برقم 284781

We tried 3 different people from Dari and all are lazy and don’t want to work.

Fast, friendly and reliable service

Absolutely friendly, fast and reliable service. When I book, I give them a message or a call to send the same cleaner and they do every time. Very happy with the service! The cleaner who comes deserves 5 starts! I am very happy with her. I only explained once and now she comes and does everything as she should. She is very friendly, fast and serious. She does not waste one minute.

Worst service

Firstly they change the cleaner each time, the cleaner gets progressively worse and slower Their driver sent a inappropriate flirty message to me, I told the company. Nothing was done. He still calls me to tell me the cleaner has arrived. Cleaners threw away a box that had painting in it. Didn’t check inside the box before throwing
