Dark Night - mode for Safari

Broke about a month ago. Finally gave up and bought a competitor.

Update: lowering rating.. many sites have stopped working with it recently I expect paid apps to be updated frequently but the developer has completely abandoned this app. So any bugs that show up over time will just never be fixed. It works well on most sites but many of them crash repeatedly while using, forcing the need to disable it. This is one of those bugs that will likely exist forever and the app will eventually be unusable. 3 stars though because it’s a huge help at night and couldn’t live without it.

This works but it will turn off suddenly and I get blinded by sudden light. Happens decently often and I have to go in the menu to remind it

I got this app when it was free. It works fine for most of the time and I was going to recommend this to my family members, however I see that they changed this to paid app. This functionality should be free for everyone.

Can you please make one of these for duckduckgo browser? They refuse to (asking for years) and it's so bright for people who suffer frequent migraines. Much preferred browser too.

when i click links the whole page flashes white before reloading in dark mode. when browsing at night, that white flash hurts my eyeballs.

Used to work fine up until recently. Sites will load without dark mode being applied until Safari is restarted.

When using it on iOS, it often suddenly fails. Everything was normal just a minute ago, but when I click on a link to open a new tab, the whole screen turns white, which is very glaring, and I need to manually click on the extension and activate it again, too much inconvenient.

randomly reverts to light mode even when set to auto or on - have to open the extension to enable it

This extension worked pretty well all the way up to iOS 17.4. After that update, it no longer automatically worked on every page, I had to relead each page each time I visited a site. The extension also hasn't been updated in over a year. I uninstalled it.
