Lack of
I am writing to express my deep frustration with your lack of response to the multiple emails I have sent over the past 10 days. I have made several attempts to contact you regarding my account negative balance explanation, yet I have received no reply, acknowledgment, or resolution to date. This level of unresponsiveness is completely unacceptable, especially for a company that claims to prioritize customer service.
Best loyalty app in the region
I really enjoy this loyalty app, especially getting points without using app, only we have to link card and use their malls or partners brands. And there are multiple options to redeem, to your bank card, as gift card, vouchers and donate. So Darna App is very special who is living in abudhabi region. And thanks for ALDAR.

I bought a card from yas mall and i put some money after 7 day my balance is zero even I didn’t use that
