Monopoly/antitrust
This platform is out of control, they allow fake companies to post pages and pages of non Existing loads, unverified brokers and shady carriers. They have no issues with their platform being used for fraudulent activities. Worst, as carriers, we don’t have an alternative, they keep expanding and monopolizing the market. Customer service lacks basic communication skills and are there to take notes and aren’t allowed to provide any solutions, it’s like a messaging service. This platform needs to be shut down or broken into multiple platforms. The fact that they’re the only ones in the market, gives their team members unprecedented powers and deprives them of any customer service skills. Shut it down!

Every time I try to leave a review on Brokers who don’t want to pay me DAT rejects all my reviews:(( o sorry we can’t post this review :(( that’s why brokers don’t want us to pay because DAT supporting them and corrupt us :( shame on DAT Supporting Criminals like that :((( un Profesional:( question is the score is right or through and review ??
New update theme is garbage
The posts on the board are more cramped. Leave it spread out makes it easier to read.
