Pickup and delivery times should be a mandatory field for the brokers to fill out. It would save a lot of time for carriers and brokers with emails and tied up phone lines to know in advance if the pickup and delivery times even work with their scheduling.

I open an account in this app but is not letting me sign in, all the time it drives me to the same page to login, I verify my email account and when I trying to login the page open partially with a map but nothing more shows, horrible experience

$45.00 a month on nothing! So many carriers trying to move loads without a broker MC! Bunch of disgusting dispatcher clowns, again without broker MC trying to be brokers! Same trash as sylectus just cheaper! Same scammers and same disrespectful clowns! Brokers that DO NOT LIST ALL THE INFORMATION AND GET UPSET WHEN YOU ASK FOR THE LOAD SIZE AND CORRECT WEIGHT, ACT LIKE LITTLE KIDS, SLAMMING THE PHONE DOWN! BY FAR THE WOREST APP WE HAVE USED YET! FYI GOOD LUCK GETTING PAID!NO ACCOUNTABILITY OR VETTING OF BROKERS!

Love the DAT app been using it for 3+ years now and it’s absolutely great. However, there’s times where 400 loads are posted on a 100 mile radius lane, with 390+ of the same “fake spam” loads and 10 real. It makes it super difficult to filter them out, there needs to be action taken against spam postings.

What has happened to the DOT app that I used to love and use every day? It now appears that scammers and double brokers have taken over the platform. Consequently, I have stopped using it. You book a load, complete your work, but then the brokers refuse to pay you. This results in wasted fuel and time, which are costly in today’s economy. It seems that the app is doing nothing to prevent double brokers or scammers.

Would be so much easier to use instead of staring at an iPad/Iphone refreshing non stop

This business has a lack of transparency specifically for owners operate. DAT need to develop another app for owners operate only . Some of us using this app for owners operating but the rate are almost equal to the company drivers because of lack of transparency.
