- You can have unlimited access to everything that our app offers while the subscription is active

- You can cancel online anytime – there is no cancellation fee

- The app offers an auto-renewable subscription at the end of each period unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period

- Your credit card will be charged automatically through your iTunes account

- Payment will be charged within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period

- Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase

- Cancellation will not go into effect until the end of the billing cycle

- This app can be used on multiple supported devices registered with the same Apple ID
- Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable

Only half the app works

I downloaded the app for my little one to enjoy and it is frustrating that the alphabet doesn’t work as it should. They colour in the picture, but no bug to trace the letter. The app works great on my other device, but when I tried for a bigger screen it didn’t work. I have reinstalled it on the new device with no luck

Waste of money

All that money just for puzzles. No videos.

Poor

I bought this app for my child but you can’t share purchases with your family members. A poor way to try and get more money. Very very poor service as I contacted customer support twice and had no response from their support. For how much a yearly subscription costs I would expect a response at least. I love the programs but with the poor considerations to family sharing and the absence of any customer service, this app gets a 1 star, only because I can’t give zero.
