- You can have unlimited access to everything that our app offers while the subscription is active

- You can cancel online anytime – there is no cancellation fee

- The app offers an auto-renewable subscription at the end of each period unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period

- Your credit card will be charged automatically through your iTunes account

- Payment will be charged within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period

- Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase

- Cancellation will not go into effect until the end of the billing cycle

- This app can be used on multiple supported devices registered with the same Apple ID
- Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable

How can I unsubscribe to this app? I have been charge for app that my children no longer use and has the same problem last year too!

Can’t download

Hi there - we’ve just started a 7-day trial ahead of a full subscription but the downloads are not working. Any suggestions?

Charged for free trial

Click on app for 7 day free trial and was charged £27.49 straight away. No happy as wanted to see if my son liked it first. Want refund.

YouTube says there is a one off payment however this isn’t the case please explain. Would happily pay for this product but feel cheated.

How to enable family sharing? I thought it was automatic if you have family sharing turned on for in-app purchase or subscriptions.

Does not let you cancel the subscription

Not really used it that much, want to cancel the subscription but there’s no obvious place to do so. Beware!
