Compatibility
Recommended for use with Apple iPad Pro M1 or newer models with a minimum of 16GB of RAM. Earlier iPad models may be restricted to HD, and memory limitations may limit some features. DaVinci Resolve projects (drp) and project archives (dra) are fully compatible with DaVinci Resolve 19 on desktop. Supported file formats include H.264, H.265, Apple ProRes and Blackmagic RAW. Bring out the audio mixer

I’ve been using DaVinci Resolve for MacBook and its a great tools but I’m stuck on audio mixer that’s not showing up on iPad version. Please fix this. Without this, I can’t save my eq presets and I cannot use voice isolation feature.

just add this 2 tabs, DR will be the best Video editing software No Edit Tab No Deliver Tab and if Fusion tab added, that would be a bonus!

Resolve for ipad in 2023

I wish the app has more accessibility. Or atleast the ability to export individual clips. Or perhaps i just need more time to explore further

Confusing

After I updated the app on July 2023, the update just made my workflow and editing process to be more difficult and a bit stressful. I can’t even put transition between two footage together anymore, so I have to put the other footage in other video tracks and put the transition back again. That is one of the example, there are tons of other examples I can mention about. I use this app for my school youtube video, and please allow me to “downdate” the app in the future or you can fix these issues.

Font

I can’t seem to download fonts into the app. I’ve done everything I could fine in youtube.

Im the user of davinci on mac but on ipad please update timeline preview, because i cant zoon in and out the timeline

Been using few editors, davinci is the best. Really hope all the editing tab available for the studio version

Working fine with iPad Pro 2020

I’m not entire sure why with the bad rating & bad review, so far is working fine with my iPad Pro 2020 with limited function. DaVinci did mention this software require iOS 16 & above for better functionality for this apps & they did recommended using iPad Pro with M1 chip & above as well or some function will be limited. So far I have been using it to edit SDE for Wedding Montage on the go & it works fine for me. But in future might upgrade to iPad Pro with M1 chip to fully utilise this app. Just hope in future developer can add edit page as I’m for familiar with edit page instead of cut page.. Will wait patiently..

It works like magic

Im a fan of davinci resolve on pc. When they release it on iPad. I got excited. Hope that, in upcoming update. We will get edit page, fusion page, and fairlight page. If these come out, sure this will the best video editing app ever on iPad!
