Crea un contador por cada hábito del que quieras deshacerte. Si estás intentando dejar de fumar, crea un contador y pon la última vez en que fumaste un cigarrillo. La aplicación te mostrará cuánto tiempo llevas sin fumar. Monitorear tu progreso te ayudará a mantener tu motivación.
Cuando quieras volver a fumar de nuevo, abre Days Since y comprueba cuánto has progresado. Ya no quieres reiniciar el contador, ¿verdad?
