Create a counter for each habit that you are trying to get rid of. If you are trying to quit smoking, create a counter and set the last time you had a cigarette. The app will show you how long it’s been since you smoked for the last time. Tracking your progress will help you stay motivated.
Whenever you want to smoke again, open Days Since and check your progress. You don’t want to reset that counter, do you?

BEST APP. Functional and Easy to use!
I love the simple interface of this app and its ability to become a widget. It looks very clean. Its so easy to use and it helps me effectively track my progress. One thing though, some of it’s important features like reminders isn't free.
But i understand that developers need to make money some how lol.
More apps should be like this! Incorporating the interface that works well with the apple phone and looks sleek. Great work!
Definitely worth your download.
Way to make people hate this
Don’t stop the incessant pop up for a paid subscription for a timer
Good app
Does exactly what you want it to do.
W app
What can I say, W app
Very, very good app and everyone needs it!
Not only does it assist in breaking habits, quitting additions etc, but it’s really good even just to track how long you have done a particular thing. Get it! You’ll use it for something.
tis good
simple and elegant
Last drinks
The counter app has helped me track the number of days since my last drink. This is both encouraging and holds me to account because I never want to see my counter go back to 0.
Good
Does what it promises. Easy and sleek design.
Could have some more exciting feature design
My favorite app to track days sober
Love everything about the app except the subscriptions for features. Nothing necessarily against this app specifically I’m just against subscriptions for features, unfortunately that is the only way to make apps a sustainable income
Staying Clean
This app is my encouragement to stay clean and sober and it’s super easy to use.
