App is great but the new update ruined It. Can’t zoom in.

Cancel account

I’ve attempted to make contact with the app via live chat, no one is ever on. I’ve emailed with no response. I just simply want to cancel this app before the free trial ends. I need help. There is no option or link to do this. Someone tell me how to cancel my account with this app pls!!!!

I now can’t even open my app on iPhone . Since the apple update... I need it working ASAP. It won’t load . Tried rebooting... nothing

The detailed descriptions and availability of so many in salon style appointment applications has made my transition from salon to home/mobile treatment services incredibly easy and I feel like I am in control of my level of professionalism with caring and treating my clients.

When Will my clients be able to cancel their own appointments through their accounts online??

Not happy at all

This app charged customers in Australia a $1 to reply to messages to myself to confirm their hair appointment. So sum customers wouldn’t use it .

I have worked with a similar system when working in the salon, now I have become a small business owner for hair and massages. I have decided to get my own system to run a business and to save most of my clients. I couldn't be happier with the outcome and creating my own days off when I don't have clients. It the bomb! To any owners believe me you will love it! At first it confusing unless you play around with it to get an understanding and it fantastic!

Great software just slow

Nope

When I first got this app it was amazing, then it locked me out saying I now have to pay for it. I tried logging in but it would shut down now the hours I spent loading in every service, the clients and the appointments are all gone
