I was booked Studio M Hotel for 21st April 9am to 4pm for dayuse. I was reached there for to checking receptionist asked me to wait coz they're room not ready and we waited till 11:15 am for getting room. This very poor experience. Please contact with the hotel why like that ? If they can't arrange rooms then should inform us earlier and we will find the another hotel.

Crash fest

Functionally it works but the app is so super buggy, it crashes on almost every 5 taps and has to reload your search results almost every time you browse into one of the options. The latest update is now crashing on my bookings page within 1 second, how am I suppose to check my bookings? Please fix the crashing bugs first instead of adding any more features or fancy redesign.

Used to use this app alot but recently ive tried using it, all hotel have no booking dates available even if it show's there's different offers available. Honestly its a very usefull app but nowadays there's many problems

Please the app kept slowing down and then crashing. Its so frustrating to select date and filters to survey the hotels and then crash! Really please fix this issues! other then that service is well

Made a wrong date booking

The app kept crashing and freezing when I was making the booking, and I changed the date to another date but when I confirmed the app refreshed and my booking was confirmed for today. I had to call up the hotel and the helpline to change the date and even then there was no guarantees that they would help me change the date. The service is great but the customer shouldn’t have to face the consequences of app malfunction.
