Can’t believe how difficult it is to log in and transfer funds.
This app is useless. It constantly locks me out, saying my password is invalid when it isn’t. Every time to date I’ve used it I’ve had to call the bank to do a complete reset. I’d seriously just rather sign cheques than have to wade through the most cumbersome app ever built. Given the consumer banking app is so good, what on earth happened between the build of that and this? Start again, DBS!

The token must be uninstalled due to ‘possible security breaches’ then re-enabled for every account, EVERY DAY. And guess what; if you want a physical token, there’s a fee... either this poorly developed app is a cynical excuse to charge fees, or it’s a sign of DBS being completely unable to handle basic security for its online business.
Considering that DBS is pushing for tech innovation. The quality of this app built by a bank is just very poor. I can't log in at times. I can't use the digital token at times. What's the point.
