It makes perfect sense that a lousy transportation service, such as Metro, that mismanages resources would have a horrible app. Bravo and please keep your perfect record of lousy service intact for many more years. You are batting a thousand at being horrible- so amazing at being bad.
Worse App. Useless
This app provides no utility. The bus map feature does not work. The “updates” are not synched to anything. And the advertisements hinder usage.
FRAUD!
App required “free” account and then charged me 39.95.
Don’t know what this is
Can’t understand how to log in to my account. All I get are ads for something but not sure for what.
Metro Maps need to work
This app is very hard to use and ONLY shows you the metro map, no Google maps underneath it. Also it’s very hard to, and try and see anything on it. Fix your map
Obnoxious request to purchase
Pop up on every sign in for a sell up to paid spp is obnoxious.
Review 😀
Excepciónal :)
Ads are inexcusable
The ads are SO intrusive and obnoxious. Publishing this app should be part of the cost of doing business. The app should be seamless and without obstructions or friction.
Bus
Buses traveling SB are in this app traveling NB🙄.
I have approximately 40-50 bus stop numbers in this app. I use 6-8 different buses in a week to go to work, run errands, shop. Since this misinformation has been in this app for about a week+ and today, I have written down EVERY bus stop number, streets, and their direction (NB or SB) deleted this app and re-entered only the 6-8 frequently used bus stop numbers. I also pay a monthly fee for no ads.
I guess now I’d rather have the ads back since they AT LEAST were accurate, although intrusive🤬
Used to be good now terrible!
This app used to be great and now it doesn’t show the metro times or stops when you click the line. I don’t know what happened but without that information the app is useless.
