The ads are SO intrusive and obnoxious. Publishing this app should be part of the cost of doing business. The app should be seamless and without obstructions or friction.

Bus
Buses traveling SB are in this app traveling NB🙄. I have approximately 40-50 bus stop numbers in this app. I use 6-8 different buses in a week to go to work, run errands, shop. Since this misinformation has been in this app for about a week+ and today, I have written down EVERY bus stop number, streets, and their direction (NB or SB) deleted this app and re-entered only the 6-8 frequently used bus stop numbers. I also pay a monthly fee for no ads. I guess now I’d rather have the ads back since they AT LEAST were accurate, although intrusive🤬
Used to be good now terrible!
This app used to be great and now it doesn’t show the metro times or stops when you click the line. I don’t know what happened but without that information the app is useless.
Does the job
Bug noticed as of June 16th 2024: bus stops will display busses traveling in the opposite direction. For example, when looking at a bus stop on the 33 route with busses headed south/east, I see busses labeled as traveling north. Not sure if these are all south east bound busses that are mislabeled, or if the data for the stop across the street is somehow "spilling" into the one I'm looking at. Either way, it makes the app seem buggy and like the information isn't reliable. Developers, please address this. Otherwise, it's fine. I use it almost daily.
Just an ads app
Use to be somewhat decent but now just full of ads. Totally worthless and if you want to get rid of the ads then it is $30 a year. Rip off!!!

Metro doesn’t work
Have had this app for a while and each time I hope for the update to include fixing the metro section. I’ve typed in my station (and others for good measure) and nothing pops up or works. Trash app.
Too many ads
I’ve missed my bus so many times because of the ads. Make the essential features ad free.
App map doesn’t work for Potomac Yards
I cannot get the App Map to work for my MetroStop at Potomac Yards; it thinks that it is Braddock Road. Also no bus info for the line that services my hood (36A/B DASH). So still looking for the One App that will integrate both bus & metrorail updates in real time for the Potomac Yards area.
Fairly accurate, ads are excessive
I’ve used apps from other transit systems with less riders that manage to not drown you in ads while using. Some are ad free. Try again WMATA PLEASE
