What a horrible company!! Called up 50 times n left messages. Emailed and received auto reply that they will revert in 10 days. Nothing. Decided to pay up outstanding. Cut the card into 2 and mail it to them. The worst card company in my 40 years
Previously aa a person behind the line rhey listen to reason and waive the charges, now they use the app to let you manage. And when you ask them to waive the interest fee, the bot replies in Chinese despite having the setting done in English. Dodgy.
Requested to upgrade…then all cards disappeared after the upgrade
For first time login, to create an account I’ve to enter my mobile number and was asked to enter the security code based on an auto generated captcha. This captcha contains symbols, numbers and alphabet. However, on the input bar, the keypad appears on my mobile only allows to enter numbers. So how am I supposed to sign up??? This is the worst app ever.
Every week they fix issues and the app is very user-friendly and useful. there are lots of functiond and it is easy to use.
Think twice before you apply this card! They charged annual fee on the first day of the month. Then I realised the charge in the third week of the month and asked for fee waiver. Then in the beginning of 4th week, annual fee plus late payment charges imposed! I keep calling customer service for 2 weeks and line is busy and no one response!!!!
Do not sign up. Nobody answer to your call after waiting for minutes it will hang up by itself. Email to cancel card. Nobody reply your email. Once you sign up you cannot get out! Cannot rate 0 star. If not i will give 0 star.
Called for two days nobody pickup, thumbs up please
can not even activate the card using the app.
