Waste of time to download the app when it is not workjng.. after reviewing the comments, I regret applying for the card. I would give a negative star rating if I can.

Unable to scan QR code
The app kept stating that input has failed
Card details n txn went missing
What happened to the app? My previous card details n transactions have all gone missing. Not able to edit anything. Pls fix the glitch asap.
Not showing transaction history
All unbilled transactions disappeared from the App. Neither does it show latest billed statement. That means I cannot see any transactions for the recent 30 days. Isn’t the very very basic function and information the App should provide (as a card issuer)? Failed to meet the minimum requirement and expectation …
Not convenient for IPHONE SE20
The OTP entering tab and Confirm Tab are behind the key pad , unable to scroll up the page for entering the Information . Pls make necessary amendments .
Buggy app
Half way applying new credit card, the app reset. Request to re-login and refill the information from the start. Waste time
Login Settings
Kept asking to confirm using face biometrics. Confirmed at least 10 tens. Still have to have password to login. Very badly designed and never checked before push out for clients to use OR expect user to test all the functions.
DCS card
What a horrible company!! Called up 50 times n left messages. Emailed and received auto reply that they will revert in 10 days. Nothing. Decided to pay up outstanding. Cut the card into 2 and mail it to them. The worst card company in my 40 years
Interest charge and no waiver while app speaks another language
Previously aa a person behind the line rhey listen to reason and waive the charges, now they use the app to let you manage. And when you ask them to waive the interest fee, the bot replies in Chinese despite having the setting done in English. Dodgy.
All cards disappeared after upgrade
Requested to upgrade…then all cards disappeared after the upgrade
