3 notifications en 2 jour pour me dire qu’on peut ajouter la carte sur Apple Pay alors que ce n’est pas vrai… On passera sur le fait que la nouvelle carte en 2024 non compatible avec Apple Pay Mais ce spam de notification est insupportable…

Dopo un ora e mezza son riuscito finalmente ad attivare il conto! Ora da ca mezz’ora sto cercando di registrare la carta ma appena scrivo gli ultimi 4 digit del codice, l’App si blocca!!! E anche utilizzando il rilevamento via fotocamera, il risultato è uguale, l’App si blocca!!! @Raiffeisen: sicuri di avere scelto il partner corretto vedendo le varie recensioni???

C’est pratique mais encore faut-il pouvoir créer un compte ! Au numéro de téléphone un message disant auth_insecureCommunicatio n_title? ?auth_insecureCommunication_message? C’est impossible de continuer ensuite ! Après 5 essais j’abandonne

Der Registrierungsprozess ist wohl im letzten Jahrhundert entwickelt worden. Es muss alles von Hand eingetippt werden. Und zu guter Letzt hängt sich die App immer auf.

Should make my cards more secure but app completely useless. The input fields are wrongly programmed, for example the name must be lowercase but then in another field the auto uppercase gets triggered, scan of card scans only number, and at the end it’s not possible to add the correct name and therefore to ultimately add a card … I don’t see how I should trust something that poorly designed and programmed

im sorry for my honesty but im not happy that im forced to use this app and have to deal with all the bugs like: Randomly getting singed out, being able to confirm purchases while logged out (defeats the whole point of 2fa). Not being able to access the app on a rooted device but still being able to confirm purchases, device still showing as rooted after unrooting the device, certain payments not showing up/when getting paid not showing up. and another inconvenience is that if you dont use face id, you have to sign in with your password, get an sms link which you then have to open, then you have to re-enter the password again but if you want to confirm a purchase you only need to enter the password even though you didn’t confirm any sms. and whats even the point of the app if i cant even see my balance? yea i get it 2FA but it’s too easy to bypass to be a professional app that is mandatory for a lot of tasks regarding online payment. with that being said.. just let me use my rooted device without me having to do cheeky tasks to pay for my stuff. negativity aside i hope this feedback can also help you improve the app and certain features. the bug that allows payment while logged out has been in here for a long while and im only writing this review now because i cant sign in anymore because my device has been flagged as rooted even tho im not running any form of root at the moment, where as before it stopped you only while having the device rooted. im sure the rooted thing wont affect most people but please let each choose their own. edit: i just realized i got flagged, cant access the app, it redirects me to your website where i can do absolutely nothing about it, even tho i got an error code there’s no point. i cant search for solutions and you dont have customer support. so basically if your app wouldn’t have all those bugs i wouldn’t be able to pay until you decide to hire some people for customer support (which you should already have by now since you are being funded and have received a suspicious amount of positive reviews recently
