The app keeps crashing and asking me to log in repeatedly when I try to access premium articles and won’t open the article

Concept is great, but still very buggy
Just what I want from a wine app - in theory. In reality though, the current version has far too many bugs, and it makes for quite a frustrating experience. A few issues: 1. The search functionality doesn’t really work properly - only seems to return accurate results half the time (wines with more than one word in the name don’t search so well!) 2. The filtering after you’ve searched doesn’t work 3. There’s a huge blank space when opening the app. Took me a while to figure out the app had actually loaded 4. The interface isn’t particularly smooth - scrolling is jerky, and the experience is actually quite jarring. The Decanter content is superb - as always - but this app needs a bit of work to make it more user-friendly.
Just couldn’t login
I have tried so many times, and I couldn’t use the app but only on the website. It’s very inconvenient.

If Working in the wine industry or not DECANTER PREMIUM is an absolute must to keep up with hot topics, vintage reports and new producers 🤩🤩🤩
Login issues with no support
The app has issues with the tinypass.id login system that does not process the login and gives no error messages. I can login on the website but the app doesn’t let me in or give me any info on what the issue is. Need more support or a better login system. Very frustrating.
Why oh why
I am unable to login to the app which is incredibly frustrating as I’ve been a member for years
Spend more time re installing the app recently than i do reading it!
This app has worked well for several years but has suddenly started to stop updating. The helpful technical team tell you to reinstall which doesn’t work and eventually correct it after several weeks. Last time Its worked for a few weeks and then stopped working again. 3 yrs ago this app was a nightmare and it looks like we’ve gone back to this very brand damaging behaviour!
Useless if offline
The content is great and it works fantastic if connected to the internet. They offer the ability to download the magazine but the app itself won’t work if offline so renders it useless. Please fix this. I posted this a year or so back and it’s still the same. You can download the magazine but if you are offline it doesn’t work. Can’t be that hard.
Regular reinstalling is a big pain on this great app
Love this Decanter Premium App but having to reinstall it every few weeks - often at inconvenient times is a pain. This glitch should have been fixed by now 🤨
Still an awful app
Nothing has changed about this app in the years I’ve had a premium subscription and there is nothing premium about it. It does a basic job of letting you read an online magazine, so why do I have to regularly delete it and reinstall to be able to login?
