Signing in and out issue

This app is ok but the app keep signing users out

Poorly developed app

Clunky app. Not intuitive at all.

Constantly signed out???

Why am I constantly signed out by this application? It's not as if I'm logging into decathlon webpage via a no cookies web browser

App not stable!

With the latest update, some of the past purchase history cannot be view, the details like the model and size. Purchase date all reset to 1 July 2024. Birthday is set at 1 Jan 1970 and can be reset!

Delivery too expensive

Why is the delivery fees $15?

Wonky app

App is super wonky. Unable to add items to cart and if you successfully did so it’s unable to check out. Login is also difficult. Page doesn’t load. Apple Pay during checkout indicated as failed ‘OOPS’ popped up but then email notification side that order had gone through. In need of a real fix.

Worst app ever.

Takes forever to load, and sometimes item added missing.

Follow up services very bad

Two days I wrote in to asked can I exchange the product which I bought wrong size as a member , but they said will reply asap but till today nothing happened.
