This apps appears to be a random number generator. The dB levels are completely inaccurate. I get the same reading in a quiet office as I get from a race car exhaust.
Does what it says it does with simplicity and elegance.
I purchased this app and now it won’t work because the developer needs to update the software. Not cool! Do not purchase.
The major problem, in my experience, is I never got a reading over 99 db. I am mechanical engineer and I have experience in environmental engineering; when you are at 99 and the sound gets louder, you expect the reading to increase.
Not a true read on the decibels.
Easy to see what the sound level in a room.
Very sensitive and user friendly
Convenient to use
Seems to be well-designed and responsive, but the scale is WAY off. In a quiet room it's reading 80, and normal conversation bumps it to 120. It needs a calibrate function.
