doesnt send emails

i forgot my password so i sent a verification code and for the past 3 days it hasn’t even sent a single email i love the idea but it doesnt send emails

Forget password BUG

I cannot log in to my account because it claims that my password is wrong; I couldn’t set a new password through forget password because it says “too many people try later” PLEASE FIX IT THANK YOU

I didn’t even want to download the app I really just wanted to see a message left cause it was important however because I need the app to read any websites I forgot my password and they never sent a code

It says on the website that I need the app to see my messages, I downloaded the app and in order to see my tree I need to log in but I don’t have an account

Many bugs and errors

When I enter the password it tell me it’s incorrect but that’s the same password and when I press forgot password it tell me that it sends to me the verification code but it doesn’t send anything

I have gathered so many messages from my family and friends, just waiting for Christmas to open them. And now, when I click on the website, it says the messages can only be checked on app. AFTER I downloaded the app as instructed, the opening page declares this service is unavailable!!!!!!!! Shame on u!!!!! U have ruined this noble holiday! I wonder why there was no reviews! Because NOBODY has used it!!!

the app doesnt work/crashes on christmas, k checked on twitter and nobody else could open it neither can my friends. THIS APP IS A SCAM!!

whenever i try to get in my account, it says my password is incorrect yet its the same password i used when i logged in, and when i try to change it, it says its sending me a code yet im not receiveing anything , i tried for hours yet it still didnt work and no code showed up..
