Deco My Tree : X-mas Messages

The idea’s great but would have been better if it actually worked. I never got to access my tree because I just couldn’t log into the app. Tried to contact the help services but never had any answer even after several attempts at reaching them. Really sad and disappointed since I was really looking forward to open my Christmas messages from my friends and family that are all far away from me this year.

I love the concept and all I did one for my friends to leave me notes but I had to download the app to open them on Christmas. I wanted to reread some because I loved the notes but now I can’t even get to see my tree?

So I had set it all up like a week before, and then absolutely forgot about it. I remembered on New Years day, went to the link, it says to download the app so like okay that's fine. I can log in just perfect. I see my tree and that I have messages. Except I have a countdown of 357 days until I can open them. It's funny but I'm pretty sure I'll forget by then.

I really love using this app on Christmas to share with my followers and family. But recently, when I tried to delete my account, it doesn’t let me. I tried deleting this for days now, but it doesn’t send me any verification code in my email (and when it does, it arrives a day later or never.) I think this is rigged. I think they’re doing this on purpose so people won’t delete the app or the account. This is not fair, I don’t want my information staying with them or in the app. PLEASE FIX THIS AND DELETE MY ACCOUNT!!!!!!!!! I won’t recommend downloading this app and making an account if you want to erase it later. It’s taking too much and it’s not worth the time. It’s a cute and good idea but the way they made this app is sketchy. NOT RECOMMENDED!!!!! If I could I would give this app 0 stars, but for now I’ll give it a 1.

similarly to the other reviews, i put in my email and thought that was it. it never asked me to make an account and i didn't know you needed to make an account because i thought an email was enough. anyway, i used my email and it told me to enter my email again for a verification code to access my tree and so i did that, but received nothing. i did not receive an email until two days later with multiple verification codes sent at different hours and none of them worked. i contacted through email for help, twice, but received no response…

I see others have the same issue, fix this problem so that we can all access our Christmas messages already … I already sent two emails out to y’all but still no response or improvement. I keep reloading my spam and inbox and yet still nothing

I am unable to access my account on the mobile app, despite it saying it is sending emails to me. I have received none. I am unable to read any of the messages my friends sent for christmas.

I forgot my password and I didn’t get a verification code when I put my email

Unfortunately I can’t open a private message because I was not aware passwords were needed. Upon realizing my blunder and submitted my email to get a verification code and I didn’t receive one. May not use this app in the future because of this.
