This is one of the worst banking app saw ever. Even 1 star rating is not sufficient for this app.

Deem app and user experience is absolutely rubbish. One has to login every-time opening the app. At times it crashes while fetching the information. No Support for Auto login and Face recognition ! Very Slow App !

This bank one of the worst bank i have ever seen, and i do not recommend anyone to take credit card or loan from them, they will cheat you as hell and the worst part is if you close you deem credit card but still every month they will send you the consolidated statement and you will be cheated maybe one day you cannot even fly to you home country wrong due’s and all. BEWARE, DON’t TRUST THEM AT ALL

Always require to manually input login details with OTP, also service requests inside application never works, always error submitting request.

Totally not recommended, Don’t use or apply for Deem Credit Card, it’s very deeply trap Deem is very bad management Deem is very bad sales staff not honest Deem is very bad applications ever Deem is should be shutdown and close Very bad experience Try to close the cards after you settle your outstanding, you will face huge trouble Be away from DEEM

I don’t why the app going worst instead of be better… ever time gives error when I use it … then wait for hours and calls nothing

My experience with this app has been quite disappointing. I have been attempting to register my user several times but unsuccessfully. Despite my best efforts, I have been facing an error message that prevents me from completing the registration process. Overall, I am extremely disappointed with this particular banking app. Its inability to register my user and the constant crashing have made it impossible for me to use it effectively. I hope that the developers will resolve these issues and provide a more stable and effective app to their users.
