Worst mobile app in Dubai
Now and then I have to scan my credit card and EID details as it can’t remember the device I’m using to log in though it’s the same phone I used since 2 years ago. A total inconvenience to repeat these steps just to check the amount I should pay.
Very very difficult to contact customer service
If you want to talk to a customer support at evening only answering machine will talk to you, its useless. I have made a dispute due to card transaction outside UAE no customer will help you with... Dont apply for this type of card
App needs to verify user every single time!!!!!!!
How many updates will this app need for the app to work properly. The most annoying banking app ive had! You have to verify identity every single time I open this app. I have already updated all my IDs. Called the bAnk sent email. This is utter useless
App that needs major update
Unlike before, the app just requires your password to login. Now, the app always ask to verify your identity. The liveness confirmation is getting annoying. This is apart from taking out your card and EID every time you login. The app doesn’t recognize my device. I’ve been using this device for more than a year now.
WORST BANK AND MISLEADING AGENTS
SALES AGENT OFFERED AND PROMISED A FREE FOR LIFE CARD WITHOUT ANNUAL FEES BUT TWO WEEKS AFTER RECEIVING THE CARD I WAS CHARGED WITH 315AED ANNUAL PAYMENT. I HAVEN’T EVEN USE THE CARD FOR ANY TRANSACTION. CALLED CUSTOMER SUPPORT BUT SHE INSISTED THAT I SPEND 24k IN A YEAR TO REVERSE THE ANNUAL FEE. TRAIN YOUR AGENTS WELL AND TEACH THEM SOME MANNERS NOT TO TRICK, MISLEAD AND GIVE FALSE PROMISES TO CUSTOMERS.
Worst Bank App in UAE
I’m a user of several bank apps in UAE and Dubai First app is the worst of all. Really the worst. Bad UI, always down for maintenance but it isn’t really Improving. Should delete this app and never use it again.
Charging membership fee without informing
This is very bad bank .. upon applying they tell it is free of charge but after completing application they charge automatic 399 aed for membership.. it’s been a long time using different credit cards but this bank is the worst I’ve ever had!!!!😡😡😡😡
Doesnt work
I cant check my monthly bill just because I cant open the app!
