This is the worst app ever!!!! It does NOT work and you can’t control your lights so they are useless too. DO NOT BUY

Crashes every time you try to configure the light. The app has not been updated in six years and is completely out of date with Apple software. This product has been rendered obsolete by lack of support. Do not buy any product associated with Defiant.

Old app suddenly requires update and is no longer available in the App Store. New app only works with Bluetooth devices so I am stuck with a useless hardware.

Do not buy these!! The app does not update, older units are rendered completely useless and there is zero customer support. Complete garbage

I have the old app where you plug in the axillary, but that doesn’t work either. I thought by downloading this one it would work and I have the same issue. I can’t control my lights. I guess I’m going to have to buy a different brand.

Can’t find the previous version of the app on the iphone since getting a new iphone and that version of the app is gone no longer works with the wired connection to my phone so now I’ve got to buy something new because they quit supporting their previous generation equipment. Bad business

We have no problems with the light or the app not working, it’s just frustrating that’s there’s no manual override to turn it off. There’s a manual override to keep it in, but not to turn it off. Ours is over our garage and when we sit on our porch at night to enjoy the quiet we’re constantly tripping it and getting blinded by the light. I wish we’d installed it on a switch.

This app no longer works with the iPhone 13. Why is there no update? It makes all my fixtures obsolete. Bad product.
