App glitching
The app started off great but now it’s glitching all the time. It will go back to different settings after trying to set specific settings and it makes the unit beep 3-6 times with each change.

Was working great then the app stopped working for me remote still works. Checked network connection and it says it’s all good. I uploaded my log into the settings so hopefully this can be resolved.
Worthless app! Spent hours trying to install it. ! I get to “ check hot spot xxxx” Now nothing works!
Please tell me how I can delete the old schedule I set for the mini split before this app updated. It’s like it is embedded into the machine because I cannot see the schedule on the app.
This app does not work at all. Using iphone 13, managed to connect unit to app but that’s it. Can not control it or turn it on/off. Will not switch from C to F no matter how many times i changed the setting. Really annoying because the wifi/app was the main reason I bought the della mini split ac.
After I updated the app, I can no longer access any controls for my mini split unit except power. A white banks screen appears whenever I try to select the unit. Basically unusable. iPhone user.
The app is simple to use but could be better, it won’t let me set more then 3 schedule times and 3 timers. Would be cooler if I could set an actual schedule. Other then that the app is just simple
After reading all these reviews many 1 star many 5 star and looking at the developer info I've come to the conclusion that the developer has nothing to do with the product. The app is so conflicted and confusing. Connecting to the network is ridiculously difficult. When it is connected it just does random tasks. I just uninstalled and am going to try it again. I just read one that said after the latest update the app doesn't even work. Great. There is NO customer support. Anywhere. Through Della or the developers. The faqs are obviously written by the developers and have nothing to do with real world troubleshooting. I will say that this unit has an excellent cooling system. The fact that it doesn't have a real thermostat is a little setback but I'm home most of the day. If you're gone during the day you have to set schedules that are not consistent. Nor can you remove a schedule. Terrible app. Terrible development team. The remote? Same issues. You can't even set a schedule with the app. There is obviously no connection between the manufacturer and the app developer or this wouldn't be this terrible. Except that they are in the same country. Go figure.
My mini split cannot be pair with the app. I do not see the option for it, TL series. False advertising on the website that this series would allow app connection.
There is no way to set the fan to automatic. You must choose between speeds low, medium, high, turbo etc. There simply is no “automatic“ mode. Therefore there is no thermostat effect. You can set the temp to whatever you want but since it has no automatic fan function it is useless. You must use the remote.
