Cannot get the app to find the mini split. Follow the instructions, here two beeps, but never seen CL on the screen. Can connect to the device’s WiFi but never completes the setup. No way to get support. Unfortunate.

New update completely useless and removed so many other features like anti mildew and eco mode definitely need to revert back to old update…don’t fix what’s not broken

Entire reason for the app is to eliminate the need for the remote. But in my case… the app was a last resprt to try and troubleshoot an AC unit that eont work and i dont have a remote to reset it properly… seriously what is the point of the app…. Zero reason to require the remote for the linking..

The latest update has removed numerous features and reduced the app to be almost completely useless.

Latest update removed the ability to toggle eco mode and the ability to toggle anti mildew. Terrible update.

I have a Della Air Conditioner that due to me having a disability I’m only able to operate with my phone. The issue I’m having is that for an unknown reason, my device will become disconnected from the app. This is extremely frustrating as I require an additional person each time to re-install it back onto the app. Additionally, whatever setting the air conditioner was last on, it will continue to operate at as I am no longer have any control. So, if the air conditioner is running, I’m unable to turn it off until I have another person come.

The app is nothing like you have displayed. None of theservices are there doesn’t even look like their image images from App Store for my iPhone where is the geofencing.

There was an update that took features out on the app

I love the ac heat kit but the app won’t let me change temp settings besides that the actual unit is great and is a good idea to have control on phone

No humidity control, half the app is in a different language.
