Bought a data package, connected to network fine and selected secondary line (ie: Dent) as the data connection, but I get no data connection. Disputing charge with Credit Card as this is clearly an unreliable provider, at best. Bought a local SIM instead which works just fine.

Useful app but could be refined

Good app overall, I was able to use it in Portugal and planning on using it again in the future. The fact you can resell data is useful as long as you get it sold on the marketplace. However when buying DENT with bitcoin it takes longer than expected and desired for the DENT to go into to your account. It arrived in my account on the tail end of my trip to Portugal. I was also thinking it could be useful to see how much data you have left offline so for example there could be a way to open the app and see how much data there is remaining without needing to be connected. Also, if possible 4G could be a bit faster than it currently is. But overall and most importantly the app works which would be useful in an emergency situation or for just wanting data went abroad.

I just downloaded the app. But it tells me I’m not eligible for eSim although I have an iPhone 14? How come?

It’s ruined by them naming every roaming network ‘Dent’! So when you arrive at your destination and try to find a network, you have hours of fun trying to find one that works. Think I’m going back to Flexiroam

Just got Dent before a trip - had trouble getting it to work at home, took half a day messing with settings to get it to work on arrival at first destination and then it stopped - went through all the instructions to fix many times - still no service.
