Dermie is free to download and use. Should you choose to upgrade to Dermie Premium, we offer monthly and annual auto-renewing subscription options.

Payment will be charged to your credit card through your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the subscription period.

Subscriptions can be managed and auto-renewal turned off in Account Settings in iTunes after purchase. Once purchased, refunds will not be provided for any unused portion of the term.

App Glitches

I’ve used the app for a whole year. In two occasions the app has glitches and the entry photo logs don’t save. This is disappointing because your progress isn’t actually documented.

What happened ?

The recent update is an absolute mess. All my pictures are gone . Can’t see anything anymore and I was using it diligently to track my skin improvements . Now nothing . Please just help me get my pics back. Will not be using again

Can’t sign up

Won’t even let me sign up without giving me error messages.

Can’t register

Downloaded and tried registering numerous times and keep getting error messages.

Glitching and not allowing entries

Gives a blank screen for entries.

used to love - awful, broken mess now

i used this app a year ago when my skin was at its worst to track progress. i liked it. it was easy to take guided photos and view them in a useful way. now, returning to it the app seems completely broken. it keeps bugging out whether i have entries or not. i thought everything was deleted but i saw my photos briefly before refreshing and it was gone again. the useful guidelines for posing in photos also seem gone. completely useless now if it doesn’t work and doesn’t have anything to offer

Is this app still updated?

I can’t log in no matter how many times I reset my password. I contacted support and the email bounced. I clicked the support link in the Apple App Store and it’s a 404. No more Cloe?

Recent updated need to be stabilized.

The picture taking portion changed. There are no guides as to where to place your face when taking the pictures like before. Not that what was there before was user friendly either, but I could at least work with it so that in the progress view it looked mostly uniform. Now when I take a picture I realized I have to put part of my face over the text instructions otherwise it will cut off the top part on the view progress thumbnail view and the detail view. View progress sorts by oldest first by default. It’s more convent to see the recent progress first. App crashes when loading progress photos. Calendar view is also buggy.

THE UPDATE KICKS U OUT OF UR ACCOUNT AND I CAN’T LOG BACK IN SO I OFFICALLY JUST LOST 3 YEARS OF MY PROGRESS! Yaya…. Crying on the inside please oh lord pleaseeeeeeeee help me get back in I will sell a foot and a leg please makers please! 😭😭😭😭😭😭

Lost progress

I used to use this app almost every day to track my progress and show to my doctor. Seems like with the new update all my progress pics are gone even though it shows the number of entries I’ve made. Probably will stop using and just take pics with my phone.
