Not having proper features
Not able to see voice assistant option in the app
Phantom
Difficult to connect and very unstable connection. I am resetting the speakers (6 units) several times a month. Big headache
La pire experience tech de ma vie
Super produits, super design, super son… mais alors pour plus de 5000€ la paire, faut pas deconner ! L’app est une calamité. L’UX est terrible. Alors oui… c’est beau et épuré. Mais ça ne FONCTIONNE PAS ! Impossible de reconnecter les Phantom I en wifi depuis la dernière maj. Cablé, tout fonctionne (après 4h de bidouillages) en stéréo, mais le dialog n’est plus reconnu, ni la TV via le cable optique. Je precise que tout fonctionnait depuis presque 2 ans (à coup de setup de 4h à chaque fois) Mais là c’est tout simplement INADMISSIBLE. À ce prix, faites un effort sur l’ux et le software bordel. Je regrette d’avoir quitté Sonos. Je vais d’ailleurs y retourner. Tout fonctionne toujours, vite et bien. Et on ne se moque pas du client qui a laché 5000€+ à coup d’upgrades à 3000€. Plus que déçu de Devialet. (Et ne me parlez pas de setup les produits avec l’autre app (Spark), c’est tout aussi catastrophique.
Very bad experience
While the speaker is great in it self and the sound it produces, the app and connection features are a very bad experience and might be a deal breaker. Was considering getting more but will not do so until I feel can trust the app and connectivity features more. I keep having to reset my device or at least the app asks me too or I keep opening and closing the app multiple times to see my already set up device - last time closed it and opened it 5 times, sixth try worked. It loads 50% of the time, the other 50% it keeps loading. Switching between connected sources is not as easy as it should. After changing the volume the app sometimes goes int loading modeI forever until I restart it. When I restart it sometimes it again doesn’t show the speaker. It’s simply un acceptable to have to deal with this as if I bought some cheap device . I have it connected to 1 Airplay source and one 1 aptx player. And its not smooth to switch between them as I hoped. As much as I love the speaker, the app frustrates me a lot
Horrible App
The app is a horrible reflection of the wonderful product. It disconnects and increases the voice by its own. I have two sets and it’s mixes the voice between two rooms. This has to be changed and something as creative as the product should be done to solve this critical issue.
Worst app volume goes to 100% automatically
While opening the app the sound goes to 100% With this powerful speakers how come the app reaches to 100%. So bad app for such a wonderful speaker. Hopeless mobile apps from day one till today. So buggy.
