Always problem after not used for a while

The app is worthless

How the can it be so hard to make it understable and easy to understand the app? Have had these speakers for two years now and still don’t feel comfortable in the Devialet app.

Olika problem…

- bra ljud vid uppspelning av musik- dåligt med tal - appen tappar ofta uppkoppling. - högtalarna är nästan alltid frånkopplade fr stereopar. - svårt att få dem påkopplade och hitta varandra.

Not completely problem-free but not far from it, the development since ”Spark” is very good, wish they will come with even more features in the future. Thank you! -2x Phantom Gold-

Devialet

Hårdvaran är mycket bra, när det fungerar. Har ett par Phantom I högtalare och ljudet är fantastiskt. Problemet är mjukvaran som är så fullsmockad med fel så man blir lycklig bara det fungerar. Har haft ständiga problem med uppkopplingen de 3 år jag ägt dessa högtalare och det är alltid bara högtalarna som inte fungerar. Allt annat i huset som är beroende av wifi fungerar utmärkt. Mvh/Acke

Stupid intallation proccess keep looping

Can’t find one of the products

I can only find one of two products in the app. One of them is visible only as one of the products I own but it’s not visible if I want to choose to play from it. It’s possible to use it with Bluetooth.

Software or Hardware? Well it’s not smooth

I don’t know if it’s the software (app) or the hardware but everytime you unplug the power you basically need to perform the installation again. And the installation process is extremely slow for a speaker. It’s not intuitive either and it seems to be the app or how the app talks to the speaker which is the big problem.
