No bill records after disconnection
I can't find any payment records after disconnected. Even I need payment records. DEWA shall provide the information of old payment bill even the contact was terminated.
Total ammount
Before its showing the total ammount of water and total ammount of electricity usage i spend now not showing at all cz its helping me before to control
Customer service function poor
Every time I minimize the app, the customer service agents stop communicating and I must start again from the beginning. So if I need to take a call or reply to a message in the background, i must restart my enquiry from the beginning

No way to create emergency request
The only way to create emergency request is to call them and then they tell you its up to 4 hours
Showing wrong information
My consumption for electricity showing more than 53 Million ,,, not even fixed the issue but changed for dewa meter checking .,, waste of memory storage
