Worked fine until a few days ago. Now not accepting either fingerprint or UAE Pass login options. Just hangs…

I like the app but every time you try to open it, it requires an update. The updates are too frequent!

Not possible to update personal or payment details on app.

Getting duplicated charges on my EV account , and for 3 months DEWA has zero response.

It’s a convenient app but since the new update the Apple Pay no longer works on it which makes the whole app useless.

App doesn’t work. I tried several times to log in to check my water and electricity consumption as my bill is very high although consumption is reduced but I always get some error. Tried from several WiFi’s and 5G nothing works.

If you want to waste time looking for basic things, this is the app for you. Poor design and hopeless features that don’t work

App needs major improvements

You tell me in app that I have a problem with payment and ask to try again but credit card confirm payment has gone.
