Dexcom ONE

Μετά το τελευταίο update, τις τελευταίες 2-3 εβδομάδες περίπου, η εφαρμογή κολλάει και crushάρει σε iPhone 15 pro.

How am I supposed to treat myself if the app crashes and i can’t access sensor warmup. I can not get my readings and all I get from you is, “please contact support”. Support doesn’t exist I think 🤦🏽. What a waste

App not connecting. App not loading. App disconnecting from transmitter for hours at a time. What IS going on????

Do Dexcom even have a qa department?

While the Dexcom itself it amazing, it actually stays on for a start, the app is terrible. Constantly saying “brief sensor issue” doesn’t seem that brief when it happens all the time. I never get the arrow pointing to indicate what my bloods are doing, whenever you go on the app it tells you there are updates, you click on update and it takes you to the app store and guess what? No updates. The app needs A LOT of work. After having used Libres and Dexcoms, Dexcom need to take a leaf out of Libre’s books and learn how to run an app for a life long condition that can depend on this app to monitor blood sugars.

Tried Deccom and Libra systems. In my and my professional health care team the Dexcom system far out performs the Libra system, better adhesion to skin, less signal loss issues, if any to be honest and over all control easier to manage. I would personally recommend Dexcom over any other system on the market.

As of the update 2 weeks ago the app rarely even works and crashes upon opening it

Will not open at all how am I supposed to check my sugars

Havent been able to view HBA1Cs/reports for over a year now, just kills the app if I attempt to view them. Seems as if no one cares if the app works. Don’t use if alternatives available
