The prices are mind-blowing. These guys are vampires charging exorbitant prices to do laundry and a $1 "convenience fee" if you use the app? Convenient??? It's at the owner's convenience so they don't gotta pick up the change every week but they charge YOU and ME for it. And now they won't let me delete my account. Gives me an error every time

ive seen reviews that label this as an invasive information requiring app, however its the quickest way to do laundry abd the requurements are minimal to track your payments, it even does as much as allowing you to go over budget and pay when able. DexterPay is so much easier than touching and insertibg loads of dirty silver. I appreciate being able to check in on how far along my load is. by just signing up with ur number or email, for notifications, and your area code and laundry mat number for the location of laundry mat. When your ready to wash and dry your loads you type in the washer number and top or bottom if it requires. Then add hiw many minutes you wish, and what tyoe if wash or dry you wish. This app has 2 stars as of 6/6/24 likeeeeee fr i dont get it, but wtv. This is my second phone its a must to have as a college studen

I’m a little confused with this app, I didn’t add my personal info to create an account witch is great, but the only issue I’m having is that the transaction keeps showing as $25 when the machines are $10 , I hope this problem gets fixed , and I hope they aren’t changing me $15 dollars more

This app is a scam, they want me to charge me 25 dolars for a $ 2 dolars machine, this app don’t should be exist, and they don’t deserve any star!!!

Went to the a Modern Laundry in Long Beach. I was able to set the location and enter my machines, but the process failed to let me use promo codes and complete purchases. I was forced to use over $12 in quarters, which is NOT a fun time. The attendant was condescending and argumentative. With no way to get any answers (no Contact Us option in-app), I don’t intend to use this app or any laundry that offers this app as an option.

It took $20.00 from my account when I washed and then when I went to fry it took another $20.00. I will not be using this app. When I went to call the number provided, it kept hanging up on me. DO NOT TRUST THIS APP!

I was only doing one load of drying my clothes and this app charge my card 25 dollars when only cost 1.25 this is ridiculous .I don’t appreciate this at all I don’t think I m going to use app again .😒 I’m feel like this is scam .

Almost First time user. Simply because I didn’t have cash. Why do you need my address? I’m just washing laundry Why can’t I add every other washing machine that I am using in ONE transaction? Why do I have to pay each one separately? By the time I’m done I will have ten different transactions of a few dollars each Moral of the story……. I opted to wait thirty minutes for my husband to bring me cash. I will never forget my money again. Deleting this mess

Seems like the app requires too much information from me. Why do you need my phone number? Why do you even need my address? Why can’t I just pay with a prepaid card without any other information? Are you stealing the information and selling it? And then why do you start asking me for machine numbers before you even ask for my payment method? You need to streamline this for the year 2024. People need to enjoy using it not scratch their heads wondering why it’s so involved.

I thought this app was a scam bc it charged me $25 for $8 load BUT then I checked my bank payment a few days later and it only charged $8! So basically idk why it shows it’s charging $25 initially but it fixed it to the correct amount once it’s finalized! Such an easy app. I love seeing how much time is left on each machine too.
