The application does not work, after registration it gives an error

Terrible UX. Why can’t you charge me the precise amount? Every purchase is a $5 hold that will hopefully be adjusted later. $6.50 wash? $5 hold. $1.00 dry? $5 hold. $0.50 additional dry? $5 hold.

Worked just great for me- love that I’m able to use Apple Pay with it. Maybe the bug fix they did last month fixed the issues prior reviewers were talking about.

Went to do laundry for the first time using this and it charged me $3 for the laundry on Apple Pay, and then a couples seconds later charged me $20 for no reason. Never using again.

My dryer broke so I was forced to do laundry at our local laundromat while we wait for our delivery of a new dryer. I have a very large family so we had multiple loads to do. I was pleasantly surprised you could use an app to pay vs quarters so I opted for that option. I had $55 dollars worth of washes and was charged $214.75 via the app! BEWARE! Luckily this was on my credit card so my bank account isn’t affected. We are disputing the charges but haven’t had a resolution yet. I want others to be aware, especially if using a card linked directly to your bank account as the app SIGNIFICANTLY overcharges you. If I could attached screenshots as proof I would. Ridiculous.

App is very glitchy more often than not. Can’t even delete my account. Don't download this trap.

It’s a pain in the butt to use compared to swiping a card and the app and website are barebones if you have a problem call someone else. Every time I’ve used it they hit my bank with a hold but at least they showed you your transactions. This time normal until 4am I get hit with a $10 charge that just says outstanding payment. But it shows the machine uses and costs that I did use and that I paid the price I would have paid in cash but I get a $8.50 charge in the middle of the night that I wouldn’t of normally noticed but I didn’t have enough to cover it (cash app Im keeping the account empty because I’ve noticed random transactions that happen in the middle of the night that in the past would of gone through and just said Monday along with the other 6 hits just like it! I’ve noticed these “make life easier apps” have been trying to charge me $5-$10 especially places like the laundromat or DIY car wash where you would have 2-3+ little transactions and then I get hit in the middle of the night for 5-10 and they get caught “omg idk how that happened let’s fix it!” But how many do they get through that ppl don’t notice till a month later looking at their bill and it’s not worth the time and it’s impossible to get in contact with anyone at this company so you say forget it and they do it again!

I overcharged twice! Laundry was cost 6$ and 2$ drier, after payment I checked bank account and there is 2 transactions by $15/ea. funny that I had promo code for first free wash and in history of transaction there is $0.50 and 2$ transactions only, nothing about 2 transactions of $15/ea. its garbage. I’ll disput this transaction!

Wasted an hour trying to get the app to work only had 3.75 in cash so my jackets were already washing and couldn’t step out to go get cash to wash the rest of my clothes

They charge a hold fee of 15-20 buck on any machine and then release it after 3-5 business days .. over charge
