Worst app ever used
I have been experiencing significant issues with your bank portal since the beginning. As a current account holder, I find it frustrating that I am unable to transfer money. While the app works, sometimes the websites doesn’t respond to my requests. I understand the need for security questions, but I have been unable to submit my answers. Since yesterday, I’ve attempted to complete a transaction 8 times without success. It’s not having a good UI makes your app wonderful fulfilling the request should be the may agenda. You digital platforms doesn’t do the D of digital. Your bank is the worst I have dealt wit. Your bank was one of the bad choice I made in life.
